With over twenty years of experience in the pharmacy industry, Patty Heinz has worked in nearly every role—from hospital volunteer and pharmacy clerk to technician, operations leader, and now President of Corporate Administration & Compliance at Primera Compounding. Her career spans hospital, chain, independent, and compounding pharmacies, including sterile, non-sterile, hazardous, and outsourcing facility environments. A Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) and graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) with a degree in Biochemistry, Patty brings a rare combination of hands-on expertise and executive leadership to her role. She is passionate about building trusted relationships with providers and partners, ensuring patients have access to the highest standards in compounding. Outside of work, Patty enjoys traveling with her family, staying active, cooking intricate recipes, and unwinding with her favorite K-pop playlists.
